Flexibility
Leases spanning from 6 months and longer.
Switch it up and change it out within Stockholm. It will be the talk of the office for sure.

Buy Out
Falling in love with a painting or gaining a favourite with time is not unusual at all.
Therefore, all our leases give you a call option that allows you to buy your favourite artwork for a discounted price.
Monthly lease payments are 2.5% of the retail value of the artwork. Before the lease runs out we will contact you with the option to buy-out all or parts of the artworks leased, you also get the option to renew the lease if a buyer hasn’t booked any artwork during your leasing time.
All our rented pieces are available for purchase. The minimum term of a lease is 6 months. Buy-out option rates are as follows:
1 year – 90% of original value
2 years – 75% of original value
3 years – 60% of original value
4 years – 45% of original value
5 years or more – 30% of original value

Lower Price
For 2.5% of the artworks original price tag you can still have fine art hanging in your lobby, conference room or dinner hall.

Deductible
Renting art in Sweden is deductible and a purchase of art counts as an investment.
Art leasing allows you to add art you love without commitment or having to worry about the price. This is a perfect addition for realtors, corporate spaces or homes to anyone wanting to add a WOW-factor in their home.
Changing up your space seasonally or bi-annually will impress others, freshen up the environment, be the talk of the office and allow you to fall in love with new artwork.

Demand
All our art is available for purchase, even if a piece is rented at the time, one can book a painting for purchase when the leasing period is over. The lessor in this case has priority to purchase the same artwork and may go through with the purchase with the perk of the buy-out prices.
If the lessor doesn’t want to purchase the said painting, the lease runs out as agreed and the artwork is returned and sold to the buyer.
A buyer can never interrupt an ongoing lease. If you’re in dire need of a certain composition or style contact me for commissioning another piece instead.

Packages
We have all inclusive packages for family and friends as well as bigger companies who want to rent multiple paintings and have everything covered for a fixed sum per month. Premium package includes: Express delivery, hanging assistance, pick and choose from a wide selection of artwork and switching them out during the year (don’t worry, we take care of everything free of charge!), insurance, priority contact details, opportunities to attend VIP-events and showings as well as booking upcoming pieces and an one hour free consultation.
